Shari Dragonja is Junior Sales Manager and Team Assistant Sales at hotelkit. After successfully completing her dual bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on hotel and tourism management at iba Bochum in 2021, she then continued to work as a team assistant at Hotel VierJahreszeiten in Iserlohn. There she gained over four years of professional experience in the hotel industry and knows the many challenges of the industry very well. In 2022, she began her master’s degree in business administration with a focus on service and sales management at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences. At the same time, she started her professional career at hotelkit as a Sales Development Representative and within a very short time took on additional tasks as Team Assistant Sales and became Junior Sales Manager for BeNeLux. Her goal as Junior Sales Manager at hotelkit is to simplify the daily work of hotel teams and make it more efficient with the help of the digital platform for communication and collaboration.
