Why should I participate as a hotelier?
Because we’re coming to your city with our UNconferences. By the way, in our case UNconference means: Networking in an after-work atmosphere. We discuss with you and other colleagues and experts the topics that interest you. How active you are, is totally up to you.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to network with the participants and get tips and tricks on various topics and meet our partners during the blind- / speed date sessions.

How can I participate as a hotelier?
Registration is very easy. Klick on the button above to register. Fill in your contact details and don’t forget: For you as a hotelier the registration is free of cost. Either you have received a code from one of our partners or you simply register with our code: HICunconferences2023

What do I do if I am not able to participate but already registered?
If you are unable to come, please send a short e-mail to: info@hospitalityindustry.club. We always order food & drinks based on the registrations and it would be a pity if there are a lot of leftovers.
What should I prepare as a hotelier?
What’s giving you a headache right now? What topics do you need inspiration for? If you already have topics, write them down and just bring them with you. Otherwise, there is nothing to prepare, because the nice thing is, we don’t know what we’re going to talk about yet. You can definitely bring a good mood with you – that’s always a must for us 🙂
What kind of vibe can I expect as a hotelier?
Positive vibes only! We meet to learn from each other, but we also don’t hold back and speak our minds. So if you have a different opinion or experience, feel free to share it with us. Otherwise, we are on a first name basis and there is always a hug as a greeting. The HIC family is big and full of love for the hospitality industry – so become a member of the family.
What can I expect of the ‘Blind-Date’ Sessions?
Our ‘Blind-/Speed – Dates’ with our partners are the icebreaker right at the beginning of the evening. You have approximately 5 minutes per Partner to get to know them and their product/service. This is the perfect opportunity to get a feeling for the room.
Local Hero? What?
For each EveningCamp we invite a local hero to hold a 15 minute keynote to a topic of their choice. The local hero doesn’t necessarily come from the hospitality industry but every topic can be applied to the hotel industry.
