In the ‘Kaminzimmer’, the Hospitality Industry Club (HIC) brings practical insights, honest experience reports and future-oriented discussions to the stage. Together with strong partners and industry experts, HIC moderates case studies and panels that show how hotels successfully manage digital communication, energy efficiency and system landscapes – without theory, but with measurable results from everyday hotel life.

Two hotels, two starting points, one common goal: to significantly reduce heating costs without compromising guest comfort and without construction work. In this session, we take you behind the scenes at CouCou and stuub. You will learn which adjustments really make a difference in everyday life, how temperature control can be cleanly introduced during ongoing operations, and which typical mistakes should be avoided during implementation. To this end, we will share specific lessons learned from the control logic, from operational collaboration with the on-site team, and from the rollout across multiple buildings.
