Michal has worked for more than 15 years for various airlines and hotel chains in Revenue Management. Michal joined Ensana Health Spa Hotels in August 2020 and currently works as Group Revenue Management Director. Ensana is the leading health spa brand in Europe. The group currently manages 24 spa hotels across Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia and UK. Before joining Ensana, Michal worked in senior positions at a&o Hotels and Hostels, Airberlin and Czech Airlines. Michal is very data driven and has a passion for modern Revenue Management.
