Katharina is the head of CSR and sustainability at Koncept Hotels, a young hotel brand founded to redesign hotel experience to the attentive and tech savvy traveller. Smart technology enables energy and waste reduction, paperless travel procedures and modern forms of work. Katharina did her undergraduate studies at the University of Cologne and holds a Business degree from ESCP Europe (Madrid, Paris and London). She now loves to combine her economic experience with her passion for a fair, sustainable and design oriented product. Inclusion at the work space, diversity and narrowing the gap in education and gender pay are topics very close to her heart. Outside the work space she enjoys outdoor Pilates, collecting fruits and veggies from her raised bed garden and hiking in the Alps.
