Franziska is a sustainability professional with a focus on the hospitality industry and its supply chains. Her career allowed her to gain various insights into the problems and effects of unsustainable consumption patterns from different industries such as automotive, real estate and fashion. Being a true materialist herself, excited about design, materials and production, she constantly searches for ways to challenge the status quo. Which is why, back in 2018, she founded TUTAKA together with Alexandra Herget. Together, they created a marketplace for sustainable procurement for the hospitality industry.
