Dorian has been in the hotel technology space for over 5 years, previously CCO at the advertising technology company Myhotelshop GmbH in Leipzig, Germany. Since earlier this year, Dorian has started his own new venture called Yance, focused on providing companies with a centralised digital solution for employee wellness that helps companies keep teams healthy and engaged even in a hybrid work environment.
