After her traineeship and entry into several hotel management positions, Doreen decided to continue her career abroad for a few years. For the birth of her daughter she moved back to Germany and started working in the Rooms Division Department for various 4-star hotels in Munich. During this time, she began studying at the Wismar University of Technology, where she successfully completed a Degree in Business Administration. Her talent for strategic thinking, analysis and implementation of the right conclusions has led to lasting successes in the KPI development of her responsible properties, first at the NOVOTEL Munich Airport and later in the Revenue team of ACCOR Hotels Germany GmbH.
