At “HIC Spotlight”, two suppliers present their ideas for a real hotel challenge. The challenges are submitted by attendees when they register, and each vendor is given one to prepare for two weeks before the event. The hotelier responds in real time and the audience chooses the best solution, resulting in a practical and real-life exchange.

Format 2: “Hospitality Strategy Playbook”: Where strategy meets genuine hospitality

In the “Hospitality Strategy Playbook”, a provider presents a structured strategy on an important topic in the hospitality industry. The event is intended to provide hoteliers with a framework that they can adapt to their own businesses. There will be an in-depth presentation followed by a Q&A session to discuss how to successfully implement these strategies.

Format 3: “Hospitality Mythbusters”: Truth or myth? Let’s find out!

In “Hospitality Mythbusters”, two providers each take on a predetermined myth from the industry. A hotelier responds to the myth in real time and the audience votes on their opinion before and after the myth is debunked. This interactive format turns assumptions into valuable learning experiences and encourages participants to discuss and think critically.
